Our staff are tremendously important to us, we strive to ensure that all of our employees feel safe, happy, comfortable and are able to work in an accident-free environment. We recently participated in The Federated Employers’ Mutual Assurance Company (known as FEM for short) annual awards and are proud to announce that we took 3rd place, walking away with a Certificate of Excellence for minimum injuries on duty in the Medium Risk Small Employer catergory. Yay us! In fact, this is our fourth award from FEM having previously walked away with two first placings and a second placing in previous years. These awards are extremely valuable to us as are based on accident frequency and loss ratios.
