The office park development for the Department of Health at Townhill Hospital in Pietermaritzburg is one of the bigger projects we’re currently involved in. Shospec, D Construction & SMS Design architects are a joint consortium, known as the Townhill Office Park Joint Venture (TOP JV), providing a turnkey service to deliver three LSF office blocks which includes furniture, fittings, and parking lots for an office park that totals around 3600m² on a site that is 12500m²
