Shospec were reappointed as a preferred sub-contractor for Phase 2 of the interior fit-out and the main contractor was Stefanutti Stocks.

Our main task was the removal and re-installation of the high-level Birch-ply ceilings to accommodate a fire sprinkler system. Most work was done at extreme heights that varied from 15 to 20 meters.

Construction of a lightweight steel fire escape stair enclosure in a short time frame was challenging but we met the deadlines set.

The New Premium Yacht Club lounge was constructed, and we were tasked with the following works flush plaster ceilings, curved bulkheads, custom-made acoustic sound baffle beams, lightweight roof structures, toilet cubicle partions and drywall partitions.
